Twenty-two primary school teachers and twenty leaders from across Leeds came together at Alwoodley Primary School to participate in Wake Up Shake Up training.
Wake Up Shake Up is a simple aerobic activity that is performed to music. Y5/6 students worked alongside their teachers to learn new routines, build confidence, and discover ways to keep their peers active throughout the school day.
The training session focused on engagement, rhythm, and the importance of physical activity in improving classroom focus and overall student well-being. We would like to thank Alwoodley Primary School for hosting such an energetic and successful event.
