PE Home Learning

PE develops physical competency and a movement vocabulary of agility, balance and coordination (ABCs) while making sure learners understand the importance of developing good healthy lifestyle behaviours (e.g. sleep, nutrition, hydration, physical activity). It is also about providing situations where learners can challenge and develop their personal and life skills (for example resilience, empathy and leadership).
